To get started as a new customer, our estimators will call you for a phone consultation to ask you all the necessary questions and find out exactly what you’re looking for, your budget, and what type of products you’re going to need.
In addition to some personal contact information, there are a couple of things our estimator will ask from you, including the brand and model of your door and opener. Taking measurements to provide the estimator will help expedite the estimation process.
Next, a service agent will come out to the installation site to take more measurements, assess the work site, and ask any other clarifying questions.
If there are any special circumstances involved, those details will be discussed at this first visit.
